Yes, delivery is free in urban areas of Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier, and Rabat. A small fee may apply for remote locations.
Can you deliver to a riad in the medina?
Absolutely. We deliver to the nearest access point to your riad. Our agent will walk you there if needed.
What time can you deliver the car to my hotel?
We deliver 24/7, including late arrivals and overnight flights. Just specify your arrival time when booking.
Do you deliver to hotels outside major cities?
Yes, we deliver to all cities in Morocco. For locations outside Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier, and Rabat, mileage fees apply (starting at 5 MAD/km).
How long does the handover take?
Inspection and handover take about 10 to 15 minutes. Our agent walks you around the vehicle, checks your documents, and you're off.
How do I reach you if my flight is delayed?

Can I return the car to a different hotel from the delivery point?
Yes. Pickup at a different hotel or city is possible. For inter-city returns (e.g. delivery in Marrakech, return in Casablanca), one-way fees may apply.
What documents do I need at delivery?
Valid driving license, ID (national ID or passport), and your YMKabila booking voucher. Rental and deposit payment happen at delivery (cash or card).
